Millennials Leading Millennials is Tim's recently released book aimed at fostering a community of support and growth. This book is focused on the everyday lives of the younger generations, daily challenges, and it's full of clues on how to deal with everyday scenarios with more maturity.

In some parts, Tim uses sarcasm and tough love when addressing the older generations. While part 1 is focusing mostly on the reality we deal with, part 2 is geared to help one think from a different mindset, help one grow emotionally more mature around these subjects.
